Review by hotel critic
The property may lean towards the older side, but the friendly and accommodating staff make up for it, ensuring a pleasant stay. One notable highlight was the complimentary Wi-Fi, a valuable asset for those mixing business with leisure. On the subject of amenities, the proximity to the private beach is a major selling point, offering a serene retreat just a stone's throw away. The provision of free bikes adds a charming touch, allowing easy exploration of the city's attractions. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the absence of modern features like a flat-screen TV might be a letdown for some guests. Nonetheless, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff, including the engaging hotel owners, significantly elevate the overall experience. In terms of value, Gioiella stands out for its reasonable pricing, delivering a satisfactory level of comfort without breaking the bank. Whether you're a solo traveler or with a group, the hotel's affordability and welcoming atmosphere make it a prudent choice for those seeking a balance between luxury and cost-efficiency.
